  • What You’ll Be Doing: Driving Growth for ANNA Money
  • Performance Campaign Ownership
  • Plan, setup, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to acquire new SME customers.
  • Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and explore emerging channels.
  • Lead the creation of high-performing content, landing pages, and ad creatives.
  • Continuously experiment with creatives, targeting strategies, and landing page optimizations to enhance conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate insightful performance reports using Google Analytics, Looker, and HubSpot.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive ongoing optimizations.
  • Tracking & Attribution
  • Tracking Implementation: Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking across platforms (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.).
  • Attribution Modeling: Understand and apply different attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch, data-driven) to assess campaign effectiveness accurately.
  • Cross-Channel Attribution: Analyze and interpret data from multiple marketing channels to gain a holistic view of customer journeys and campaign performance.
  • Data Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure data integrity by troubleshooting discrepancies, setting up server-side tracking, and adhering to privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Requirements

  • Must-Have Skills
  • Proven expertise managing performance-driven Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel paid campaigns and optimise for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution.
  • Bonus Skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO.
  • Knowledge of programmatic display and video platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and basic HTML/CSS skills for ad tweaks.
  • Your Experience
  • 2–4 years in performance marketing, ideally in an agency or in-house role.
  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable taking ownership and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with design, content, and analytics teams.
