Create and maintain dashboards that make performance crystal clear — what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down
Track and optimize CAC efficiency, conversion rate, and trial activation with a focus on ROI
Partner with Content and Product to build growth loops — like referral, reactivation, and upsell campaigns
Collaborate with RevOps to tighten HubSpot, GA4, and attribution so every lead and dollar is accounted for
Identify new growth levers and channels (TikTok? Reddit? Contractor forums?) that expand reach within our ICP
Requirements
3–5+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech with a blue-collar audience
Track record of successfully lowering CAC and increasing paid efficiency through experimentation
Strong data and analytics skills — you don’t wait for reports, you build them
Love testing — creative, copy, targeting, and funnel ideas are always on your whiteboard
You’re hypothesis-driven and move at startup speed: build, test, learn, repeat
Experienced across HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools
Fluent in managing short sales cycles and high-velocity testing
Previous experience in fast-paced environments (Series A/B startups or agencies supporting similar clients).
