Responsibilities
This role acts as a strategic and operational bridge across multiple subfunctions within People Services. You will play a key role in ensuring that critical People initiatives are executed end-to-end with clear structure, strong alignment, and measurable impact. You’ll represent the Head of People Services in various forums, drive cross-functional coordination, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, balancing short-term priorities with long-term improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of key People projects (e.g., policy rollouts, onboarding/offboarding revamp, training scale-up, etc.)
Develop project plans, milestones, and success metrics to ensure accountability and progress tracking
Act as a liaison between People Services and other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) to drive alignment and collaboration
Represent People Services leadership in alignment or working meetings, ensuring outcomes are consistent with broader People strategies
Prepare materials such as decks, briefs, and updates for senior management meetings or company-wide communications (e.g., Town Halls)
Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
Maintain project dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress across subfunctions
Requirements
Proven experience in People Operations, HR Projects, or Program/Project Management
Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect the dots, and drive execution in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling organization (startup or tech industry preferred)
