Responsibilities
Design and build custom applications, integrations, and workflows that eliminate manual processes
Wrangling data and using AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations
Shaping team strategy and driving projects from ideation to deployment, increasing your pain threshold to deliver real value
Develop embedded relationships, building alongside user-groups and key stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years of software engineering experience
Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
Hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operations
Interest and curiosity in bringing technical solutions to the people space
