Responsibilities
Global point of contact for managers and employees on all operational matters across the employee lifecycle
Management of all contracts, reference letters and personnel administration
Management and updating of the HRIS (Personio) and other HR systems worldwide
Close collaboration with People Partners, Legal, IT, Talent Acquisition and Finance/Payroll
Analysis of people data, trends and KPIs and delivery of actionable insights
General office administration duties for the Hamburg location
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk)
Relevant experience in People Operations
Solid knowledge of German labor law and related regulations
Empathetic, open and communicative
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Prior experience in a SaaS environment is required
Experience with Personio is a plus
