About the role

  • HR Analyst managing contracts and employee benefits for Altasnet. Focused on payroll and compliance; fostering a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Control and prepare employment contracts and onboarding agreements;
  • Register employment in the digital work record (eSocial);
  • Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations with the occupational health clinic;
  • Monitor electronic timekeeping records;
  • Calculate overtime, absences, late arrivals and time bank balances;
  • Support managers in correcting timekeeping discrepancies;
  • Register new employees in the payroll system;
  • Verify calculations for salaries, overtime, additional pay and deductions;
  • Issue pay slips and payroll reports;
  • Manage vacation accrual periods;
  • Assist with vacation pay calculations and the issuance of receipts;
  • Assist in termination processes and review severance pay amounts;
  • Administer benefits such as transportation allowance (vale-transporte), meal allowance (vale-refeição) and health insurance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields;
  • Experience with payroll, benefits administration and related processes;
  • Proficient in Excel.
