Carwow Group seeks an HR Systems Executive to enhance people processes and support onboarding. Manage data accuracy and compliance in a hybrid environment while working with a diverse team.
Responsibilities
Keep HR system, Hibob running smoothly
Ensure data accuracy with new starters, leavers, and team changes
Streamline processes, enhance templates, and optimise workflows using AI tools
Ensure compliance by providing offer letters, contracts, and processing global payroll for 600+ employees
Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure smooth onboarding experience
Carry out benefits administration and Share option administration
Conduct administrative duties such as conducting DBS checks or arranging staff gifts
Requirements
Passion for HR

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
A data-driven approach to suggesting and implementing people process improvements.
Excellent communication skills to advocate for change and present ideas persuasively.
Previous experience with Hibob, Pento or Freshservice is a plus.
Being Fluent in Spanish/German/ Portuguese is a plus
