About the role

  • Principal PeopleSoft Architect role involves leading PeopleSoft architecture strategy and delivering transformative solutions. Requires deep experience in ERP architecture, particularly PeopleSoft, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall PeopleSoft architecture strategy and roadmap for the organization.
  • Design and implement complex, enterprise-wide PeopleSoft solutions.
  • Lead architectural innovations and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver transformative PeopleSoft solutions.
  • Define project scope with stakeholders, effectively communicate designs, and prioritize requests.
  • Manage the performance of the managed service provider.
  • Set the long-term strategic roadmap for PeopleSoft and implement solutions including system upgrades.
  • Build strong internal & external customer relationships.
  • Provide leadership to development and functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft and systems integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • 10 years of experience in ERP architecture and implementation, with a focus on PeopleSoft.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Mastery knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and data structures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software, hardware, programming languages, and databases.
  • Ability to connect and unify various systems for efficient data flow.
  • Understanding frameworks for designing scalable and secure systems.
  • Aligning system designs with business objectives.
  • Skills in planning and executing projects while managing resources.
  • Translating technical details for audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and risk management.
  • Inspiring others and making informed decisions.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges.
