About the role

  • Senior Analyst focusing on continuous HR improvement at Copa Energia. Restructuring HR processes to enhance productivity and efficiency in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Map, analyze and redesign HR processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), promoting simplification, standardization and integration across subsystems;
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, rework and waste in workflows;
  • Structure clear, scalable processes, ensuring internal understanding and transparency for clients;
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and PDCA to optimize HR processes;
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects focused on productivity, quality and experience;
  • Act as a facilitator in transforming processes and the operating model of the area;
  • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs and OLAs), ensuring visibility and data-driven decision making;
  • Set up management routines, forums and cadence for tracking results;
  • Prepare analyses and executive reports demonstrating the impact and gains of initiatives;
  • Promote integration among HR subsystems, connecting end-to-end processes (employee journey);
  • Support the structuring and evolution of the HR Hub, strengthening the service model and operational efficiency;
  • Contribute to building a common language and a unified operating model within the area;
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitization of processes (workflows, self-service, management tools);
  • Support the implementation of solutions that increase productivity and reduce operational dependence;
  • Act as a change agent, supporting the adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working;
  • Train and guide the HR team in continuous improvement practices;
  • Foster a culture oriented to efficiency, data and employee experience;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar;
  • Knowledge of HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Human and Organizational Development, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Budget);
  • Experience managing indicators and analyzing data;
  • Advanced Excel and desirable experience with BI and automation tools;
  • Preferred: Experience implementing or evolving an HR Hub / SSC (Shared Services Center);
  • Preferred: Experience in HR transformation or restructuring projects;
  • Preferred: Knowledge of agile methodologies;
  • Preferred: Experience in high-complexity, high-volume environments;
