About the role

  • People & Culture Specialist responsible for employee lifecycle initiatives and improving employee experience. Joining Zartis to support and evolve core People processes in a global tech consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for employees and contractors, running 1:1s, gathering feedback, providing support, and identifying patterns.
  • Support and evolve core People processes (onboarding and offboarding, performance management, feedback cycles, career progression, issues escalation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and ways of working.
  • Contribute to internal communication and employer branding initiatives
  • Drive well-being and ESG-related initiatives and policies.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen the sense of community and belonging across the company.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation (guides, processes, policies).
  • Analyse people data (eNPS, engagement surveys, qualitative feedback) and translate insights into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience in People Ops / HR / Employee Engagement within a fast-paced environment (ideally tech or consulting).
  • Strong judgement and interpersonal skills — you build trust, navigate sensitive situations with discretion, and approach people-related topics with empathy and maturity.
  • Ability to operate independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Clear, structured communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking — comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • A practical, execution-focused mindset — you get things done and follow through.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and maintain quality across multiple topics.
  • Continuous improvement mindset — you proactively challenge how things are done and identify better ways to operate, leveraging tools and technology to increase efficiency and scale impact.
  • Nice to have: Experience in remote-first or international companies.
  • Exposure to tools like Personio, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Experience working with people analytics.
  • Experience with automation tools and AI tools.
  • Highly fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and/or Polish.
