Responsibilities
You will guide our global team through the entire employee lifecycle — from day one to the next major career step
You are our go-to person for all people-related matters: contracts, development, onboarding/offboarding, and team events
You manage our team data in Personio and ensure everything runs smoothly and stays up to date
You organize creative events and make sure our culture and values are not just words but are lived in day-to-day work
You bring fresh ideas to your own projects, whether that’s process optimization, people development, or recruiting. You make a difference!
Requirements

You have a degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a similar personnel-focused qualification and bring more than 3 years of experience
Employment law? No problem for you — you are well versed in it
You are highly familiar with tools like Personio and speak fluent German and English (additional languages are a plus)
Your eye for detail is unbeatable; you work carefully and are consistently reliable
