About the role

  • You are responsible for operational and strategic HR work.
  • You serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for managers and colleagues on payroll, compensation, contract design, employment law and other HR matters.
  • You ensure a professional HR service across all phases of the employee lifecycle and coordinate HR topics from hiring through offboarding.
  • You are responsible for personnel development through targeted planning and organization of training and further education measures.
  • You proactively contribute to new HR initiatives and projects, with the opportunity to build and own your own areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  • You bring substantial experience in personnel administration/HR management and have worked in this field for at least three years.
  • You communicate authentically and on an equal footing with different stakeholders and consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong organizational skills: you can independently prioritize tasks and act quickly and pragmatically when needed.
  • Your experience enables you to tackle daily challenges, resolve issues and maintain an overall perspective.
  • You are creative and enjoy trying things out, preferably together with your team.
  • You are a great fit if you bring flexibility and agility and can keep your sense of humor even under a high workload.
