About the role

  • Provide Strategic Analysis: Be passionate about optimization and critical thinking. You will analyze complex headcount data and people-related financial numbers, providing key insights for forecasting, budgeting, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders all around the globe, ensuring strategic analysis and project updates are channeled effectively through the business.
  • Drive Strategic & Transformational Projects: Be a key player in multi-disciplinary, end-to-end project teams to address new business needs, driving continuous improvement and strategic change initiatives related to our people and processes.
  • Champion Process Automation: Identify and analyze existing People processes, designing clean, automated, and scalable solutions that flow smoothly and unlock more time for high-value work.
  • Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Develop dashboards and reports ensuring its correct communication to all involved stakeholders. You will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Leverage Our HR Tech Stack: Maximize the potential of our core HRIS, Workday, by building and enhancing its native dashboards and reports. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, self-service analytics tools that empower our stakeholders with on-demand data to drive their decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant; quantitative degree;
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Fluent English is mandatory;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory;
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI is a strong plus;
  • Familiarity with BigQuery is a plus;
  • Proven experience in a similar role blending data analysis, project management, and strategic thinking;
  • Strong numerical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Organized and detailed-oriented with a proactive approach to managing projects end-to-end;
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Porto.
