Partnerships Manager managing key partners within the global brands portfolio for football partnerships. Facilitating rights delivery and enhancing commercial value for clients in women's football.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of several partners across the UWF portfolio.
Ensure effective delivery of rights across the various competitions and supporting partners’ marketing activations and campaigns, with a planning-led approach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial partners, guiding rights usage and marketing activations.
Coordinate and lead account status meetings and support with reporting and performance tracking across accounts.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including UEFA, UC3 and partner agencies, across areas including marketing, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, ticketing and legal.
As required, travel within Europe to visit UEFA/UC3 and commercial partners.
Requirements
Proven experience (c. 5 years) of managing and activating partnerships for major brands within the sports environment, ideally within European football.
A strong ability to demonstrate partnership ROI through data analysis.
A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/opportunities which deliver value for partners.
Experience in building lasting working relationships with clients, sponsors and stakeholders, ‘a people person’.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrable ability to work and deliver, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry.
Fluent written and spoken English, other languages beneficial.
