About the role
- Support the development and delivery of sponsorship strategies that align with the organisation’s objectives and brand values
- Develop and implement effective sponsorship strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors
- Oversee all aspects of sponsorship projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends and sponsorship opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and event teams to integrate sponsorship initiatives
- Prepare and manage budgets for sponsorship projects and maximise ROI
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors ensuring clear communication
- Regularly evaluate sponsorship effectiveness and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Part of the Events & OFM team reporting to the Sponsorship & Activation Manager
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, and sponsorships
- Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Skilled in creating sponsorship decks, partnership proposals, and post-campaign impact reports
- Strong copywriting and messaging alignment skills
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Native Portuguese speaker
