Partner Manager handling LATAM sales and managing the partner ecosystem at Spoonity. Driving recruitment of partners and strategic collaborations for revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Gestionar todas las relaciones con los socios en la región de Latinoamérica.
Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia regional de captación de socios.
Identificar, reclutar e incorporar nuevos socios de canal, referidos e integradores.
Gestionar los socios existentes para garantizar el crecimiento y la retención mutuos.
Calificar y gestionar los leads generados por los socios a través del CRM (HubSpot).
Realizar el seguimiento e informar sobre el rendimiento, el pipeline y la contribución a los ingresos de los socios.
Crear planes de negocio conjuntos e iniciativas de marketing conjunto con los principales socios.
Colaborar con los equipos de Ventas, Marketing y Customer Success para maximizar el impacto de los socios.
Asegurar que los socios reciban formación y estén al día sobre los nuevos productos y campañas.
Requirements
Más de 3 años de experiencia en alianzas, ventas a través de canales o desarrollo de negocio.
Se valora la experiencia en SaaS, programas de fidelización o tecnología de marketing.
Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de relaciones.
Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de objetivos de captación de socios o de ingresos.
Se requiere bilingüismo inglés/español.
Residencia en México con disponibilidad para viajar por la región.
