Account Manager at Security4IT conducting discovery meetings and presenting executive solutions. Leading negotiations and managing the pipeline with a focus on business impact.
Responsibilities
Conduzir reuniões de diagnóstico (discovery) com profundidade e foco em impacto de negócio;
Apresentar soluções técnicas com narrativas executivas, usando o portfólio completo da Security4IT;
Liderar a negociação até o fechamento com C-Level, jurídico e compras;
Gerenciar pipeline de oportunidades com disciplina, forecast confiável e visibilidade semanal;
Conduzir follow-ups com precisão, evitando deals estagnados;
Trabalhar em dupla com pré-vendas e BDM para co-criação de propostas;
Garantir a transição para o time de pós-venda com documentação completa;
Utilizar o CRM (Ploomes) com rigor. Todo deal mapeado, cada passo registrado;
Participar de treinamentos, playbooks e sessões de roleplay. Alta absorção de conhecimento técnico e comercial.
Requirements
Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em Gestão Comercial, Administração de Empresas, Administração Comercial ou áreas correlatadas
Proficiência em inglês
Familiaridade com vendas de soluções como CNAPP, ZTNA, SOC, DLP, IAM, governança e segurança em nuvem
Conhecimento de frameworks como SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC ou BANT
Domínio ou absorção rápida das soluções da Security4IT (Netskope, Orca Security, Fortinet, Senha Segura)
Experiência com CRM e social selling via LinkedIn
Experiência anterior com vendas B2B consultivas em tecnologia, cibersegurança, SaaS ou infraestrutura
