Responsibilities

Atuar como elo de ligação entre os clientes e as equipas internas (marketing, operações, suporte, etc.);
Analisar necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções adequadas aos seus objetivos;
Monitorizar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e elaborar relatórios comerciais;
Acompanhar tendências de mercado e ações da concorrência;
Garantir elevados níveis de satisfação e retenção de clientes.
Requirements
Conhecimentos em aplicativos de escritório.
Experiência prévia em funções comerciais ou gestão de contas
Forte capacidade de negociação e orientação para resultados
