About the role

  • Support with the technical onboarding/integration of new merchants to our platform.
  • Execute quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
  • Assist in responding to technical inquiries from partners during onboarding and live operations.
  • Analyze existing partner integrations to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Contribute to the development of integration templates and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and a positive seller experience.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility, while also functioning well in a team.
  • Basic experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is desirable.
  • Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, product feeds) is an advantage but not required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on insights.
  • German and English language skills are required.
