About the role
- Support with the technical onboarding/integration of new merchants to our platform.
- Execute quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
- Assist in responding to technical inquiries from partners during onboarding and live operations.
- Analyze existing partner integrations to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Contribute to the development of integration templates and processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and a positive seller experience.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility, while also functioning well in a team.
- Basic experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, product feeds) is an advantage but not required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on insights.
- German and English language skills are required.
