P&C Business Partner supporting operations in East Adriatic Region. Focus on HR process improvement, change management, and organizational development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ivolved in end-to-end HR processes, including reporting, payroll, comp&ben, recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent management
Ensure clear documentation of HR processes and promote best practices;
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
Provide guidance and act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
Mitigate people-related risks and maintain proper documentation and internal/external audit readiness
Monitor HR KPIs and continuously improve service delivery
Ensure effective implementation of HR frameworks and tools;
Support digitalization and automation of HR processes
Drive process mapping, standardization of HR policies, processes, and practices across the organization in EAR
Lead and support organizational change initiatives (e.g. digital transformation, transfer of admin processes to hub)
Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
Use data and insights to guide decision-making and workforce strategy within P&C.
Coach leaders and managers through change processes
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a minumum
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering
Strong understanding of HR processes, especially in comp and ben
Experience in change management and organizational transformation
HR process improvement and HR standardization initiatives
Experience in work across multiple markets
Advanced excel user; 40% of work is operational
Possibility to travel 25% of time
Experience with Success Factors would be considered advantage
