Responsibilities
Ensure media budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals
Build campaigns, keywords, and ads
Configure Google Tag Manager to measure conversions across advertising platforms
Manage regular campaign optimizations to improve performance
Produce insights, reports and commentary for client discussions
Ensure agency processes, best practices and tech automation are implemented across client accounts
Support the team with QA checking to ensure ongoing campaign builds and account changes are correct
Communicate performance opportunities & issues with the team while recommending solutions
Perform regular analyses and make data-driven recommendations
Requirements
3-5 years of experience managing paid search accounts and are naturally curious about learning to advance paid media strategies and tactics.

Experience as a Paid Search Specialist
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Proficient in Google Tag Manager including the configuration and troubleshooting of triggers and tags for conversion measurement in Google Ads, Meta and GA4
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to connect reporting metrics to optimization actions
Able to take direction and work independently, utilizing paid search skills to identify optimization opportunities
