About the role

  • Develop and execute effective paid search and PPC campaign strategies to drive profitability and growth.
  • Conduct keyword selection, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaign performance on social media platforms.
  • Oversee and optimize budgets, bids, and KPIs to maximize ROI and meet profit targets.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance to stakeholders, identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate on new campaign ideas and stay updated on PPC/SEM trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with ad platforms and vendors to ensure smooth campaign operations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing digital ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display) in iGaming and Trading industries.
  • Skilled in goal-setting, team support, and optimizing performance through keyword bidding and audience targeting.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and conversion optimization, with affiliate lead generation experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, landing pages, conversion flows, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiar with multiple ad platforms and basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, WordPress, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills; BSc/BA in Marketing or related field preferred, AdWords certification a plus.
