Identify and anticipate strategic and people-related issues, and ensure these are integrated into the development of organizational strategies
Conduct strategic monitoring in organizational development to anticipate trends and innovations and propose actions that enable the company to be a leader in its practices
Make recommendations to enhance current practices and programs, and develop employee engagement plans as needed
Propose innovative solutions for the various programs within the Culture and Organizational Development project portfolio
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Career Guidance, Occupational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in similar roles
Knowledge of recent approaches in organizational development and project management
Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, and intermediate–advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
