About the role

  • Propose intervention strategies tailored to specific challenges and strengthen the organization’s ability to address situations in a humane, structured, and sustainable manner
  • Identify and anticipate strategic and people-related issues, and ensure these are integrated into the development of organizational strategies
  • Conduct strategic monitoring in organizational development to anticipate trends and innovations and propose actions that enable the company to be a leader in its practices
  • Make recommendations to enhance current practices and programs, and develop employee engagement plans as needed
  • Propose innovative solutions for the various programs within the Culture and Organizational Development project portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Career Guidance, Occupational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of recent approaches in organizational development and project management
  • Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, and intermediate–advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
