About the role

  • Talent Development Summer Intern contributing to learning and development initiatives at Sprinklr. Supporting employee growth in a global, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives
  • Assist with program and curriculum development for global employee development programs
  • Help promote and support key programs such as emerging leader development, mentoring programs, skills mapping, employee experience and career development
  • Assist with the facilitation and coordination of virtual and live training sessions
  • Help manage logistics, communications, and materials for global learning sessions
  • Support administration of core learning platforms and programs
  • Assist with tracking program participation, feedback, and success metrics

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Data Science or a related field
  • Passion for learning, leadership, and employee development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets experience a plus)
  • Ability to collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in People & Culture, HR, or Learning & Development in the tech industry
