About the role

  • Talent Development Analyst at Coca-Cola FEMSA overseeing talent programs and legal compliance. Focused on governance and effective talent retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, enhance, and sustain governance for Apprenticeship, Internship, and Trainee programs, ensuring legal compliance, alignment with corporate guidelines, and adherence to the organizational development strategy.
  • Define and implement attraction, development, and retention strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HRBPs.
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness, retention, and performance metrics for the programs, proposing strategic adjustments and presenting actionable insights to leadership and business areas.
  • Lead the design and execution of development journeys, ensuring structured rotation experiences (internships and traineeships), technical and behavioral training, and involvement in strategic projects.
  • Serve as the national focal point, connecting units, local HR teams, educational partners, and legal advisors to ensure standardization, quality, and compliance across all program areas.
  • Support and influence leaders to maximize the potential of entry-level talent, fostering a culture of continuous development and closely tracking participant progress.
  • Prepare analyses and executive presentations, translating data and results into strategic information that supports decision-making.
  • Conduct training and alignment sessions with HR areas and leadership, strengthening program culture and excellence.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
  • Desired experience: Previous experience managing talent programs (Apprentices, Interns, Trainees) in large organizations, preferably within corporate areas or Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Experience developing governance programs and tracking performance and retention indicators.
  • Experience with legal compliance related to apprentice management (knowledge of applicable legislation and apprentice quotas) and youth development programs.
