Responsibilities

  • Central Point of Contact - You'll become the face of the organisation — greeting visitors, working with staff across all departments, and handling enquiries.
  • Broad Operational Influence - You will touch office management, facilities, procurement, IT coordination, scheduling, and event support.
  • Ownership & Responsibility - Serving as a key holder, managing vehicle fleets, and coordinating office safety and compliance.
  • Contribution to Employee Experience & Workplace Culture - You help ensure the office environment runs smoothly, is well-stocked, and is welcoming.
  • Skill Development Across Multiple Professional Areas - From IT troubleshooting and vendor coordination to expense processing and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Happy with communication, both face-to-face and through email.
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Reception or Front-Desk experience
