Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is highly preferred but experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a regional or national account manager role with demonstrated history of sales performance.
Experience selling electrical or engineering related services (PLC/Automation/Drives/Controls) to the food and beverage industry OR experience as an electrical engineer in a food and beverage company with sales/account interest.
Ability to travel 50%.
Ability to negotiate, solve problems and be a thought-leader.
Solid grasp of sales metrics, performance measures, and technical indicators.
