About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes for the CFO Vice-Presidency (Chief Financial Officer), covering finance and administrative career tracks;
  • Ensure an excellent journey for hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process — being attentive to the moments that matter;
  • Monitor and present process metrics, perform analyses and propose actions based on findings;
  • Participate in, lead and manage projects within Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience running selection processes;
  • Strong focus on metrics, a data-driven mindset and process improvement;
  • Experience with ATS or process management tools;
  • Strong skills in two important tools for us: PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Knowledge and experience in project management and executive reporting will be a plus for this opportunity.
