Talent Acquisition Analyst responsible for end-to-end recruitment for CFO department at Vivo. Ensuring excellent candidate experience and data-driven process improvements.
Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes for the CFO Vice-Presidency (Chief Financial Officer), covering finance and administrative career tracks;
Ensure an excellent journey for hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process — being attentive to the moments that matter;
Monitor and present process metrics, perform analyses and propose actions based on findings;
Participate in, lead and manage projects within Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
Experience running selection processes;
Strong focus on metrics, a data-driven mindset and process improvement;
Experience with ATS or process management tools;
Strong skills in two important tools for us: PowerPoint and Excel;
Knowledge and experience in project management and executive reporting will be a plus for this opportunity.
