About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Administrator managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Costello Medical. Collaborating with hiring managers and supporting candidate attraction and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process
  • Delivering an excellent experience for all candidates
  • Working closely with hiring managers on our strategic approach to talent acquisition to drive forward company growth
  • Managing multiple roles simultaneously
  • Supporting our strategic approach to recruitment and candidate attraction
  • Coordinating our attendance at university careers fairs
  • Building relationships with university careers advisors
  • Running our own careers events
  • Developing and improving internal processes and guidance
  • Contributing to our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition, or a background in roles with highly transferable skill such as HR, sales, customer service, or operations
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage numerous recruiting pipelines and projects at any one time
  • A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • An exceptional attention to detail
  • An innovative and proactive approach to your work
  • Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
