Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process
Delivering an excellent experience for all candidates
Working closely with hiring managers on our strategic approach to talent acquisition to drive forward company growth
Managing multiple roles simultaneously
Supporting our strategic approach to recruitment and candidate attraction
Coordinating our attendance at university careers fairs
Building relationships with university careers advisors
Running our own careers events
Developing and improving internal processes and guidance
Contributing to our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition, or a background in roles with highly transferable skill such as HR, sales, customer service, or operations
Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage numerous recruiting pipelines and projects at any one time
A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Dedication to providing excellent customer service
An exceptional attention to detail
An innovative and proactive approach to your work
Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
