Responsibilities
Responsible for administering and maintaining the company's insured and non-insured benefits programs, ensuring proper execution of processes and efficient support to employees through ticketing tools.
Administer and monitor insured benefits processes (health plans, dental, life insurance, private pension, etc.) and non-insured benefits (commuting allowance, meal voucher, food voucher, childcare allowance, among others).
Perform benefit entries, checks and reconciliations in payroll.
Execute and monitor registration updates with carriers and suppliers (additions, removals and changes).
Support negotiation and relationship management with suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and deadlines.
Provide employee support via a ticketing tool, ensuring SLA compliance and quality of support.
Maintain internal controls up to date and support internal and external audits.
Support the implementation of continuous improvements in SSC processes, seeking efficiency and standardization.
Generate reports and performance indicators for benefits and support.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related areas.
Previous experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Personnel Administration / Benefits areas.
Experience managing insured and non-insured benefits.
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, among others).
Knowledge of SAP (benefits configuration).
Microsoft Office (especially intermediate/advanced Excel).
Knowledge of labor legislation and collective agreements applicable to benefits.
