About the role

  • Responsible for monitoring account budgets and targets daily using publisher tools and spreadsheets, to maintain control and insight for project decision-making;
  • Creating and optimizing performance and/or branding media campaigns with the goal of delivering results defined by the client;
  • Responsible for following the client’s daily routine workflow and maintaining contact with clients via email and chat to gather information for the project;
  • Developing media plans based on client briefs or identifying new investment opportunities;
  • Preparing campaign performance reports (daily, biweekly and/or daily) through analysis of results obtained from media tools;
  • Reviewing and auditing accounts weekly through tool-based analyses to apply best practices across projects and ensure correct communication;
  • Participating in required trainings for professional development and keeping Google Ads (Fundamentals, Display, Search, Shopping, Video, Mobile and Analytics) and Bing certifications up to date.

Requirements

  • HARD SKILLS
  • Advanced knowledge of key media KPIs: able to evaluate overall results, understand how metrics influence one another, and justify decisions based on that analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook: for creating, optimizing and evaluating all types of campaigns, with expertise in best practices.
  • Intermediate skills in Workspace for producing reports and presentations.
  • Intermediate Project Management skills to lead accounts and take necessary actions to meet all targets. All Google Ads certifications.
  • **SOFT SKILLS**
  • Focus, organization and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong numerical skills, teamwork, flexibility, autonomy and proactivity.
  • Good client relationship management and adaptability, since our Media team works directly with clients.
