About the role
- Analista Fiscal supporting fiscal and accounting routines with a focus on document analysis and compliance. Ensuring proper tax retention and controlling fiscal volume for multiple companies.
Responsibilities
- Support the company's tax and accounting routines
- Analyze, verify and record tax documents
- Ensure correct accounting classification and application of tax withholdings
- Validate allocations/apportionments and compliance of tax documentation
- Serve multiple companies within the group
- Enter, verify and post supplier and service provider invoices in the ERP system
- Analyze and validate the correct classification of invoices in terms of ledger account and cost center
- Verify and correctly apply tax withholdings on services received
- Validate pre-agreed allocations
- Manage and control the tax volume for approximately 15 companies
- Analyze reimbursement and refund requests
- Evaluate submitted tax documentation
- Support the tax and accounting team with operational tasks
- Maintain organization and control of tax documents
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration (in progress or completed)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting and tax routines
- Prior experience (including internships) with posting and analyzing invoices
- Knowledge of tax withholdings on services received
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with corporate groups or multiple legal entities (CNPJs) — a plus
- Basic knowledge of tax legislation related to services — a plus
- Prior experience analyzing documentation for reimbursements and refunds — a plus
