About the role

• Analyst negotiating sports transmission rights and managing relationships with entities. Ensuring alignment and documentation for diverse sports events at Globo.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate transmission rights for various sports events and maintain close relationships with national and international sports entities;
• Request contracts from Legal and coordinate the review of documents with other areas across Globo;
• Act as an interface with channels and strategy teams to align their requirements and needs for event negotiations;
• Ensure the dissemination of information related to ongoing negotiations, signed contracts, event manuals and regulations to the relevant teams by preparing summaries and reports (rights mapping, weekly newsletters, Planner, etc.);
• Clarify questions and respond to inquiries from different areas (including, but not limited to, acquired rights and assumed obligations) using information from executed contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields;
• Advanced English;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and organization;
• Enjoy working in a team and in a dynamic environment;
• Experience with contracts and/or negotiations;
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to present oneself appropriately in meetings and emails;
• Open to learning from the team and possessing a collaborative mindset.
