About the role
- Account Analyst handling financial accounting and audits in healthcare solutions company. Supporting audits and financial processes while ensuring compliance and integrity of financial records.
Responsibilities
- Recording, classification, posting, and preparation of accounting and financial reconciliations;
- Respond to and support internal and external audits, providing records;
- Provide documentation and respond to inquiries;
- Registration of suppliers, customers, products, and financial classifications;
- Analysis and reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts;
- Management of fixed assets within accounting, performing related routines;
- Analysis and reconciliation of inventory and related inventory taxes;
- Solid knowledge of SPED Accounting and SPED Fiscal;
- Classification and valuation of inventories;
- Experience with cost analysis and variance analysis;
- Prepare the monthly fixed asset movement schedule;
- Interface with Purchasing, Warehouse and Tax departments;
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting with active CRC (Brazilian professional accounting registration);
- Previous experience in the field;
- Advanced Excel;
- Mandatory knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus system;
- Strong knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
