Responsibilities
Recording, classification, posting, and preparation of accounting and financial reconciliations;
Respond to and support internal and external audits, providing records;
Provide documentation and respond to inquiries;
Registration of suppliers, customers, products, and financial classifications;
Analysis and reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts;
Management of fixed assets within accounting, performing related routines;
Analysis and reconciliation of inventory and related inventory taxes;
Solid knowledge of SPED Accounting and SPED Fiscal;
Classification and valuation of inventories;
Experience with cost analysis and variance analysis;
Prepare the monthly fixed asset movement schedule;
Interface with Purchasing, Warehouse and Tax departments;
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting with active CRC (Brazilian professional accounting registration);
Previous experience in the field;
Advanced Excel;
Mandatory knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus system;
Strong knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
