About the role
- Senior Analyst for Data Integration Support at Nestlé, managing EDI operations and providing client support. Ensuring operational integrity and collaborating with teams for efficient problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage the EDI inbox and ticketing operations, ensuring timely monitoring and triage of incoming messages;
- Perform daily operational controls, including error monitoring, reconciliation activities, and system integrity checks;
- Monitor order processing tools (OPT) and SAP interfaces to identify, analyze, and resolve errors related to purchase orders (POs) and EDI;
- Provide operational support to clients, carriers, and 3PL partners, including EDI data investigations and issue resolution;
- Maintain and update EDI configuration tables, supporting onboarding of new clients and ongoing changes;
- Support and troubleshoot MEP (Market End Point) processes, ensuring continuity of data flows;
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base content, and support monthly reporting activities;
- Work in alignment with Nestlé’s values, including integrity, respect, and social responsibility.
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology/ Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics for Business, or related fields;
- Advanced English required;
- Experience with EDI operations, customer order flows, and troubleshooting;
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP (MM03, IDocs, ZCMCL+);
- Understanding of EDI standards, where each number represents a specific business document type (850, 875, 867, 204, 214, 997, 888);
- Cross-functional experience with business processes: ORM – Order & Revenue Management; CS – Customer Service; WM – Warehouse Management; TMS – Transportation Management System; CFA – Customer & Commercial Finance;
- Familiarity with management activities in tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
