About the role
- Analista Analytics Pleno developing AI solutions and data pipelines at Dexco. Collaborating with teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring data quality in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions applied to the business, focusing on automation, operational efficiency, and decision support;
- Build and maintain data pipelines in a Databricks environment (Spark, Delta Lake), ensuring performance, quality, and governance;
- Develop automation workflows using N8N, integrating APIs, internal systems, and analytical solutions;
- Work with data engineering (ETL/ELT), structuring data for analytical consumption and AI applications;
- Integrate AI models and LLMs into corporate processes, assessing risks, limits, and real value generation;
- Create and maintain dashboards and strategic indicators (Power BI);
- Ensure technical documentation, version control, and good data governance practices;
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Collaborate with areas such as CSC (Shared Services Center), Procurement, Finance, and IT;
- Contribute to the development of the organization’s data and AI culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields;
- Experience in data engineering with Databricks / Spark / Delta Lake;
- Proficiency in SQL;
- Strong knowledge of Python for data and automation;
- Experience building pipelines (ETL/ELT);
- Experience with N8N or similar automation and integration tools;
- Practical knowledge of applied AI (LLMs, intelligent automation, assisted analysis, API integration);
- Experience with version control (Git) and good documentation practices;
- Experience applying AI in corporate processes;
- Integration of model APIs (OpenAI, Azure, etc.);
- Building flows with structured prompts.
