About the role

  • Development and management of the CRM (Microsoft 365)
  • Implementation of lead flows, scoring, and nurturing journeys
  • Maintenance of Salesloft cadences and support for the Sales team with outbound sequences
  • Use of external data sources to segment and enrich target accounts
  • Analysis of relevant funnel KPIs in collaboration with the BI team
  • Management of forms, event registrations, and newsletter sign-ups
  • Efficient lead routing to Sales
  • Questioning processes and making value-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable field
  • Several years of marketing experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proficient with CRM tools, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Solid knowledge of lead management processes and customer insights
  • Experience with Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and external data sources
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
