About the role

  • Marketing Operations Lead at Leegality enhancing marketing processes and data infrastructure. Building technical systems to transform a low tech marketing team into a cutting edge one.

Responsibilities

  • Identify bottlenecks and efficiency gaps in our marketing processes -- and build the solutions to fix them.
  • Design and deploy agentic workflows using tools like Claude, Gemini, n8n and other AI-native platforms to increase velocity and visibility over marketing campaigns.
  • Build automated distribution processes that enable content teams to focus on copy and publishing.
  • Own the full marketing tech stack — consolidate fragmented tools, build data pipelines and integrations, and create unified reporting views across the team.
  • Fix and own our marketing attribution and tracking infrastructure — so we can reliably answer which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren’t.
  • Build and maintain structured reports that give leadership real-time visibility into what’s working across demand gen, demand capture, and deal enablement.
  • Work with our CRM team to develop curated and enriched target customer lists that we can use to run relevant campaigns.
  • Ship internal tools that will add value to the marketing team.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of rapid changes in the marketing ecosystem — by running intentional experiments. You'll be given an ample LLM token budget to build and ship what you need.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a B2B marketing organization
  • Fluent in building and managing AI powered workflows
  • Strong systems thinker.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing data infrastructure — UTM design, CRM configuration, attribution modeling, or dashboard building.
  • Strong ability to prioritize problems — focusing on high-impact initiatives and pushing back on low-impact requests.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Google Sheets, Claude, n8n, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow or other equivalent tools.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects end to end — without much micro-management.
