Leverage analytics data to provide recommendations and build campaigns (benchmarks, opt out rates, open rates, target segmentations, CTR, engagement lift, churn).
Execute campaigns through CRM and CMS tools, including QA across devices.
Conduct A/B testing and refine campaigns based on performance insights.
Manage push notifications and in-app messaging for SVOD to enhance user experience.
Oversee content strategy and updates for explore/landing pages, homepage takeovers, and offer pages across SVOD platforms.
Coordinate and optimize action blades (in-page merchandising banners) to highlight key titles and campaigns.
Monitor performance, deliver insights, and refine tactics to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Programming teams.
Work US hours and align campaigns with content priorities and business goals.
Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, engagement marketing, or digital merchandising.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging).
Experience with CRM’s like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and audience targeting strategies.
Solid analytical skills and experience reporting on CTR, engagement lift, churn reduction.
Experience with CRM and CMS campaign execution including QA across devices.
Experience managing push notifications and in-app messaging for SVOD.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work US hours (10:30 am–7:00 pm ET / 7:30 am–4:00 pm PT).
Experience working with US market.
