About the role

  • Develop, manage, and grow the executive influencer program for the CEO and senior leaders
  • Create an executive influencer program framework that can be adopted and adapted across the business
  • Create content strategies tailored to executive voices, including social posts, articles, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Identify and secure opportunities for executive participation in industry conversations, panels, and media
  • Define program KPIs, measure and report on executive influencer program performance, refining strategies for maximum impact
  • Serve as the global strategist for social media, aligning regional strategies with global objectives
  • Lead social media engagement across the globe and develop best practices, guidelines, and toolkits to support regional marketing teams
  • Oversee measurement and reporting for MRI’s global social media efforts, using insights to optimize performance
  • Drive program refinement by applying data-driven recommendations to content, strategy, and channel usage
  • Organize and lead global social media engagement council, enabling collaboration and consistency across regions
  • Evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure global readiness
  • Lead global-level reputation management across social channels
  • Develop, produce and, as necessary, post social media content that focuses on increasing brand awareness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B executive communications, social media strategy, or digital engagement
  • Proven success managing executive influencer or thought leadership programs
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple executive voices
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading global or cross-regional initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Preferred Qualifications: Agency experience in social media and executive content creation
  • Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with social tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or equivalent
  • Experience managing global social media programs and cross-regional alignment
  • Knowledge of social media and digital content optimization best practices
