About the role

  • Marketing Manager developing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies across various channels for a sustainable building consulting group. Creating, implementing, and measuring holistic marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conceiving and implementing a holistic, practice-oriented B2B marketing and communications strategy (branding, digital, performance, PR)
  • Building and maintaining the corporate brand as well as supporting the development of the brands of our portfolio companies
  • Developing a comprehensive omnichannel approach that connects all relevant online (e.g., website, SEO, SEA, social media, newsletter, intranet) and offline channels
  • Drafting a content strategy, creating and maintaining marketing materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters, PR, blog posts), and managing media channels and websites
  • Monitoring, measuring, and evaluating marketing activities using defined KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and through external service providers
  • Establishing marketing reporting including KPIs, tracking, and budget planning
  • Integrating marketing activities in close collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition to achieve modern employer branding and HR storytelling

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management, Communications, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial expertise in defining and building brand identity and brand positioning (brand management principles) at a B2B or service company, ideally in a start-up, private equity, or buy-&-build environment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing practical content and omni-channel activities (website, social media, newsletters, blogs)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create and edit target-group-specific content (storytelling) for various media channels
  • Team and cross-functional collaboration skills as well as organizational talent and a results-oriented work style
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation, combined with analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
  • Business-fluent German (C2 level) together with good English skills (B2–C1 level)
