About the role

  • Senior Manager, Downstream Marketing role at Stryker Corporation managing marketing strategies for Pulmonary Embolism products with a focus on leadership and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive implementation of the marketing strategy for the Pulmonary Embolism (PE) franchise
  • Support the collection and analysis of global VOC insights
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the marketing strategy
  • Continuously assess the value proposition, messaging, and collateral for the PE franchise
  • Formulate and execute downstream promotional strategies to drive product adoption
  • Partner and communicate with the sales force regarding product updates
  • Lead a team of 2 marketers
  • Maintain current knowledge of clinical literature and competitive landscape
  • Develop, launch, and optimize high-impact market development programs
  • Analyze and report regularly on product and program performance
  • Create and manage KOL relationships
  • Support tradeshow activities and conferences in person when feasible
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Marketing and/or sales experience in the medical device space (preferred)
  • People management experience (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet established timelines (preferred)
