About the role
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support the business with customer communications and material – B2C.
- Perform market analysis and research to identify product, service, and market gaps.
- Collaborate with external agencies (creative, PR, SEO, web, design) to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Design basic marketing and comms materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Create and proofread compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email, and video.
- Manage and optimise social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate webinars, events, and exhibitions from planning to execution.
- Maintain and update CRM and customer databases.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Support and manage internal company events and the marketing department SharePoint.
- Report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to business growth by generating qualified leads and enhancing brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years’ B2B marketing experience.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- CIM Level 4 qualification (or working towards).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and third-party agencies.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and social media management.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools; experience with WordPress and HubSpot desirable.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach.
- Great work ethic and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing programmes and social media platforms.
- Experience and skill with MS Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- SharePoint experience.
