About the role

  • Execute the global marketing strategy for Control Risks, delivering tactical plan elements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the globe on global marketing programmes and with marketing, digital, studio, content teams and subject matter experts.
  • Report to the Principal in charge of global marketing programmes.
  • Deliver content creation and distribution, email marketing, social media, website maintenance, and sales enablement tools.
  • Plan and support live and virtual events to drive brand awareness and lead generation for consulting services.
  • Build brand awareness across relevant buyers and influencers in key markets.
  • Support activation of global marketing campaigns and ensure proposition/buyer messaging is clear.
  • Coordinate with local teams on engagement with global campaigns and complementary regional campaigns.
  • Manage campaigns and stakeholders, track timelines and content changes, and ensure message integrity.
  • Develop sales collateral as needed and track and report on marketing KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong background in end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels.
  • Marketing copywriting and content editing skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to track and analyse communications tactics against goals and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment (preferred).
  • Background working with a global team or stakeholder group, collaborating cross-culturally and across time zones (preferred).
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable (preferred).
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Microsoft 365 Dynamics and ClickDimensions (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (preferred).
  • Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, drive, adaptability, clear communication, and strong planning/organisation (preferred).
