Responsibilities
Lead marketing efforts across the customer journey
Own the marketing strategy, team, and performance
Connect performance, brand, and B2B marketing into one growth engine
Translate business goals into clear, data-driven marketing strategies
Lead the annual and quarterly marketing calendar
Implement smart frameworks, automation, and AI tools
Oversee full-funnel marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels
Own performance marketing and CRM/lifecycle campaigns
Introduce A/B testing and data-led optimization
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve booking funnel and user experience
Launch and grow new trip types and destinations
Scale partnerships, travel agency, and co-marketing initiatives
Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of creativity
Track and analyze KPIs to inform decisions
Requirements
7+ years of marketing experience
3+ years in a leadership role
Proven success in scaling both acquisition and retention programs
Deep expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle CRM
Strong cross-functional leadership across content, product, commercial, and data
Experience leading small, high-output teams in fast-paced settings
A structured, systems-driven mindset focused on scalable processes and automation
Commercially sharp, analytical, and confident in managing budgets and performance metrics
Fluent in English; German is a plus
