About the role

  • Own and administer the MarTech stack, primarily Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and marketing databases
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce CRM and third-party tools (webinars, chatbots, social tools, content syndication, analytics, etc.)
  • Partner with the Salesforce team on marketing-related CRM projects
  • Monitor the full marketing and sales funnel and provide insights through dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Power BI)
  • Support and train global marketers in reporting best practices
  • Track MarTech performance and data quality and consolidate marketing performance reports for stakeholders
  • Design and implement automated programs (nurturing, re-engagement, trigger-based flows)
  • Support regional demand generation teams with campaign setup (forms, landing pages, workflows)
  • Monitor email performance and share insights and best practices
  • Collaborate on optimizing customer journey touchpoints to increase efficiency, elevate customer experience, and improve ROMI
  • Report to the Global Marketing Operations Manager as part of a small Marketing Operations team within a global marketing organization

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with exposure to international environments
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Power BI or a similar data visualization tool (building and maintaining reports/dashboards, connecting multiple data sources)
  • Experience using a marketing automation platform (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Understanding of how marketing automation connects with CRM data
  • Comfortable with HTML/CSS (especially for email templates)
  • Curious, analytical, proactive, and passionate about MarTech
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
  • Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams
