About the role

  • Build and optimise data-driven campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub across onboarding, retention, reactivation, and win-back
  • Own campaigns end-to-end: ideation, targeting, copywriting, execution, and impact analysis
  • Design and continuously improve automated onboarding journeys and other customer journeys
  • Experiment with workflows, templates, and messaging to maximise customer impact
  • Develop and refine segmentation, triggers, and targeting logic for timely, relevant communications
  • Analyse campaign performance and revenue impact to uncover cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Product, Content, Design, Translations, Data, Legal and other teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Share best practices across the group and contribute to multi-channel automation strategy and process improvement
  • Represent Marketing Automation in cross-functional forums, surfacing risks and opportunities
  • Drive initiatives from concept to launch across multiple markets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation or email marketing
  • Experience in subscription-based or hosting/tech business (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, nurturing streams, reporting)
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Nice-to-have: experience with HubSpot Sales Hub or HTML/CSS for email template customisation
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on approach
  • Data-driven, able to analyse performance and translate insights into action
  • Experience prioritising and orchestrating multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Strong written communication and proactive, collaborative attitude
  • Ability to coach and support junior colleagues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with high autonomy
