About the role

  • Marketing and Communications Manager developing strategies for B2B SaaS solutions in Berlin. Collaborating with agencies, managing PR activities, and driving lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy in a B2B context
  • Establish and manage our press and PR activities
  • Collaborate closely with external agencies (SEA/SEO), including management and performance monitoring
  • Create campaign and budget plans and produce regular reporting
  • Maintain the website and design landing pages and white papers aimed at lead generation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or with digital products
  • Strong understanding of communication, positioning and storytelling
  • Experience working with agencies and a basic understanding of SEA/SEO and related KPIs
  • Hands-on, goal-oriented approach with a structured working style and resilience
  • Prior knowledge of the construction industry, trades or related sectors is a plus but not required
  • Native-level German and good command of English
