About the role
- Manager of Talent Acquisition leading campus recruitment efforts for Sun Life Canada. Managing the candidate experience and developing recruitment strategies for student hiring programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sun Life Canada, Sun Life Corporate, and SLC Management portfolios
- Manage candidate experience for all student hiring programs
- Develop and contribute to campus recruitment strategies
- Create a comprehensive Campus Strategy based on market data
- Build strategic partnerships within business units
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategy
- Measure and report on ROI, KPI’s, and DEI initiatives
- Manage onboarding experience and performance management for students
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience required
- Campus experience and people leadership experience is an asset
- Ability to lead others and keep processes and projects on track
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and candidates
- Creative thinking and ability to find solutions based on clients’ needs
- Excellent communication skills, data and results driven
- Comfort taking calculated risks
- Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec
