About the role

  • Manager of Talent Acquisition leading campus recruitment efforts for Sun Life Canada. Managing the candidate experience and developing recruitment strategies for student hiring programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sun Life Canada, Sun Life Corporate, and SLC Management portfolios
  • Manage candidate experience for all student hiring programs
  • Develop and contribute to campus recruitment strategies
  • Create a comprehensive Campus Strategy based on market data
  • Build strategic partnerships within business units
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategy
  • Measure and report on ROI, KPI’s, and DEI initiatives
  • Manage onboarding experience and performance management for students

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience required
  • Campus experience and people leadership experience is an asset
  • Ability to lead others and keep processes and projects on track
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and candidates
  • Creative thinking and ability to find solutions based on clients’ needs
  • Excellent communication skills, data and results driven
  • Comfort taking calculated risks
  • Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec
