About the role
- Manages the HR business relationship with the US DC Network in employee relations, performance and talent management, and compensation
- Develops and implements HR strategies that enhance and support the business
- Partners closely with assigned managers and employees to ensure HR programs are implemented thoughtfully according to adidas policy
- Establishes HR as a trusted business partner
- Addresses employee relations issues, including terminations and investigations
- Coaches Managers on talent and succession management
- Consults on full cycle recruitment for the DC Network
- Leads multi-disciplinary HR projects
Requirements
- Four-year college or university degree, preferably with emphasis in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training
- Previous HR experience working in a larger, corporate structure, matrixed company environment
- Equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree
