Responsibilities
Manages the HR business relationship with the US DC Network in employee relations, performance and talent management, and compensation
Develops and implements HR strategies that enhance and support the business
Partners closely with assigned managers and employees to ensure HR programs are implemented thoughtfully according to adidas policy
Establishes HR as a trusted business partner
Addresses employee relations issues, including terminations and investigations
Coaches Managers on talent and succession management
Consults on full cycle recruitment for the DC Network
Leads multi-disciplinary HR projects
Requirements
Four-year college or university degree, preferably with emphasis in Human Resource Management or Psychology
Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training
Previous HR experience working in a larger, corporate structure, matrixed company environment
Equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree
